Feasting on Jamun …


The Indian Blackberry or Jamun tree (Syzgium cumini) is fruiting like crazy in my garden and it is a veritable feast for all the birds and animals around…. it was a pleasant surprise to see several butterflies also fasting on the succulent juices…..


Here one can see a female Great Eggfly (Hypolimnas bolina) feasting on the fruits…
