1 whole pineapple, sliced
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1. In a small saucepan, combine and melt the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
2. Place the pineapple in a skillet, and glaze with the mixture. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, then flip and repeat on the other side. Cook until pineapple is tender.
3. Remove the pineapple from the skillet, let cool, and enjoy!

We love pineapples….. we have dozens of canned pineapple in the pantry, we drink a lot of pineapple juice, we put it in salads, everyday dish, etc. So, this one ‘s gonna be archived.

I can’t imagine even Pineapples can be Caramelized! But, with Ice Cream it would be a great treat.
