The account’s first ever post, captioned, “tartar of hand cut hot rod, @eatnomiku egg yolk, ‘intense pickle’ Doritos soil” demonstrates a knowledge of that niche restaurant culture, and completely satirizes it. Seriously, doritos soil. Hilarious!
